Pastis is an anise-flavored liqueur originally created during the early 1930's in southern France as a result of the banning of absinthe. The drink is commonly consumed as an apertif during French apéro hour. La Forêt's "Pastis Hour" is a nod to this French tradition featuring a curated selection of libations and bites.
